Happy first day of Spring! The bluebonnets are in full bloom and it’s already getting hot here in Texas. It’s time for me to expose my pale legs (lol) and sport some adorable Spring outfits!

For me, the perfect Spring outfit includes some kind of floral print. Might be overdone, might be unoriginal, but it’s my favorite! I look forward to the gorgeous flowers that start to bloom in March every year, so I say, what’s wrong with wanting to dress like them? I found this AH-mazing romper from Rent the Runway and I thought it was perfect for the first day of Spring.

If florals aren’t your thing, another way to get into the springy spirit is by sporting pastels. While some folks think they’re best kept in your closet until after Easter, I say it doesn’t hurt to bust them out early  when the sun is shining. In the Spring, I want to feel light, bright, and fresh.

Lastly, you’ll need a bomb pair of sandals to wear with your outfit. I scored these Joie heels at a consignment store in Austin, and I can’t seem to find them online anywhere else but here (and there’s only 2 sizes left), but these are very similar and by the same designer. A great pair of heels will literally put some pep in your step this Spring, and a pair of neutral-colored ones like mine are a great investment. They go with everything!

What makes your perfect Spring outfit?!
